who are these people that are out wading the water? I saw a guy on tv jumping in to a "puddle" like he was enjoying a weekend at the lake. Surely that water is not exactly clean. Do they not realize that the reason the puddles are there is because the drains have backed up? ugg. I just applied a double dose of one-step.

I also wonder who these people are that have rafts inflated and ready to go in the event of a flash flood. I feel so unprepared...honestly, I can't even swim.
